To keep things simple, our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects (issues that occurred during the design or production of the product).

Compressor malfunctions (for Car Refrigerators under the 5-year term).
Normal wear and tear from regular use (such as scratches, cosmetic dents, or minor color fading).
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spills, or improper storage.
Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the user manual.

Product Age & Model: Availability of components and the general age of the product.
*Please note: For out-of-warranty services, shipping fees to and from our service center, as well as labor and parts costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
